Two Beyonce fans in the hospital received a visit from their Dreamgirl. The fans had been in the audience at Beyonce’s concert on Sunday night where pyrotechnics that were aimed for the stage fell onto the front row of the crowd. These two were in the hospital with “minor injuries” after the concert when Beyonce herself arrived to spend nearly an hour with them. Wow, imagine - Beyonce in all her post-concert glory walking into a hospital and chillin for a spell!
