Bjork is still talking about the new album, “Volta”, and has announced the confirmed dates for her next tour! Bjork fans haven’t had this much interaction with ice fairy in ages! She will bring her latest live ensemble to only a few major US cities including NYC, Denver, Chicago, Seattle, and SF. US fans might have to travel to one of these cities to see her latest tricks, which will involve an all-female brass band, an Icelandic Chinese pianist playing a pipe organ, Chris Corsano, and long-time friend and collaborator Mark Bell. WOW! I can’t wait. I’ve never seen her live before, but I don’t think I can resist this time. Pre-sale tickets go on sale soon : as early as March 22-24 for SF, 28-29 for the other US cities. She will also be playing in England, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, Ontario, and BC.
