I guess Elephant Man’s workout video is good for someone who hasn’t been to the club in a while and wants to brush up on their dance moves, but it was just plain funny to me. When I watched it on Global grind I couldn’t help but laugh. He starts off by telling the audience that he has been drinking and then does a 10 second ‘warm-up’ by rolling his head around. Then he goes right into dancing, but he looks tired and is out of breathe by the second dance. And where are the other dancers for the two empty mats?
