Rhianna Joins Elephant Man On “Throw Your Hands Up”

July 31st, 2007

Elephant Man may be a rude bwoy and now a Bad Boy too, but he sure knows the right ladies to work with. He recently recorded the NYC-dancehall song “Whine Up” with Kat DeLuna, he recently added his remix of Rhianna’s “Umbrella” to his music$pace page, and worked with Rhianna on his own upcoming album Let’s Get Physical. The album will be released on Sean Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment label on November 2nd but, of course, you don’t have to wait that long to listen to it.

The video for the first single off the album has already been released. You may have seen it:

Elephant Man - Let's Get Physical

Let’s Get Physical also features Shaggy and Swizz Beatz. But back to Rhianna - she is featured on the song “Throw Your Hands Up” which you can listen to right now. If you like Rhianna, I recommend this song. It is similar in style to her earlier albums which were much more dancehall influenced (she is from Barbados after all).

What do you think? Do you like this better than Elephant Man with Kat DeLuna’s “Whine Up”? How about compared to Beenie Man’s “Back It Up”? Just wondering what peeps think about the new stuff coming out of dancehall lately….
