I just noticed in the local paper that Girl Talk and Dan Deacon will be performing totally FREE in Berkeley, CA on Monday October 1st. So, I checked out the website listed and it says the show is 5-7pm at Lower Sproul Plaza at UC Berkeley and it appears to be all-ages and wheelchair accessible.
Turns out this is neither the first nor last of its kind. ASUC Superb has a series of free concerts and comedy nights at UC Berkeley, so watch their website for more announcements:

In addition to Dan Deacon, there will be future concerts with The Fiery Furnaces, Wallpaper, Enon, Mason Jennings, Dead To Me, Von Iva and more!
