I have been diligently checking the old LiarsLiarsLiars website regularly for months now, in hope of some tidbit of news about what’s next. I know they’re working on an album, it’s obvious they are working on a new website, and I’ve been assuming they would be tour at least a little this year. Well, all I got checking the website was noticing that the homepage changed into a super cool graphic with a link to their mice bass. But NME and pitchf#*k have the scoop on the album and tour and I have some tunes to share with you!

The Liars are putting out a self-titled album on Mute Records which will be let loose on August 28th. The one song we’ve already heard will be the first single off the new album, “Plaster Casts of Everything.”
Tracklist for Liars:
Plaster Casts Of Everything
Houseclouds
Leather Prowler
Sailing To Byzantium
What Would They Know
Cycle Time
Freak Out
Pure Unevil
Clear Island
The Dumb In The Rain
Protection
pitchf*#k was offering “Plaster Casts of Everything” as a free download for a little while, but if you missed that, you can listen to it on their Liarspace page. Plus - you can listen to “Protection,” “Freak Out” and “Sailing To Byzantium” streaming right here:
