Wyclef Jean dropped his new album Wyclef Jean’s Carnival II: Memoirs Of An Immigrant last month and it sounds pretty good, what I’ve heard so far. A wide range of artists guest on Carnival II, from Lil Wayne and Sizzla to Paul Simon and Shakira. Watch the videos and listen to a few tunes right here.

Wyclef Jean’s Carnival II: Memoirs Of An Immigrant is being described as “Hollywood meets Bollywood” because of the eastern influences in the music, but the vocals are more influenced by the Caribbean. Maybe “West Indies meets East Indies” would be more accurate. Guests on the album include Lil Wayne, T.I., Akon, Sizzla, Uncle Murda, Serj Tankian and Shakira. The album was released December 4th, the same day as Ghostface Killah’s Big Doe Rehab.
